PAYMENTS

1. A first payment is not due until the completion of the initial face to face catch up & the “Movement Evaluation” have been provided. Decision by either the client or trainer (myself) to discontinue moving forward will incur the 1 off Session charge of $199.
   
   

2. Payment of selected SESSION PACKAGE must be paid prior to the start of our first session after the Initial Movement Evaluation and or the first session of a new membership purchased.
   
   

3. First payment can be either, the upfront payment of the full pack or the first instalment of the payment plan option selected.
   
   

4. A full refund of all sessions remaining in a session pack purchased will be given to the client based on mine or their choosing to terminate the re occurring training sessions.
   
   

5. 6 month expiry date on all session packs purchased. After a 6 month period of no recurring sessions being booked and therefore provided, any sessions remaining in one’s session pack will be expired & if/when upon returning to training a new session pack purchase will be required before restarting our training sessions. 

6. If a client wishes to change their session package after purchase (e.g., switching from a 48-session package to a 24-session package), they must pay the difference in cost per session for the sessions already completed to the trainer to cover the adjustment in pricing.
